A wedding or a run can produce thousands of photos. Most guests do not want all of them. They want the ones they are in. Scrolling through everything takes long, and many give up halfway.
Face search fixes that. Guests scan their own face, and the gallery shows only the photos with that face.
When the event owner's package includes face search, synced photos go through face processing automatically. There is no tagging or grouping to do by hand.
New photos need processing before they can be found. Meanwhile the search screen shows how many photos are still processing.
Several angles help match photos where the guest is not facing the camera. Guests who prefer not to use the camera can tap "Choose from gallery" and use a photo on their device.
Results are best in good light, without sunglasses or a mask, and with only one face in the frame.
No. The scan and the face data used for a search are not stored after the search. Guests see this stated in the gallery too.
Galleries also open only with the event's QR code or link. There is no public event search.
Face search is enabled per package. See which packages include it on the pricing page, and the guest steps in the face search guide.
